PayTrackSync provides automated synchronization of order tracking information from e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, WooCommerce) to payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe). The Service helps merchants:

  • Automatically sync tracking numbers to payment processors
  • Reduce payment disputes and chargebacks
  • Accelerate fund releases
  • Manage carrier mappings
  • View sync history and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

PayTrackSync offers various subscription plans with different features and order limits. Plan details are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Access to our API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive API calls may result in temporary throttling or suspension. You agree to implement appropriate error handling and respect rate limits.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, WooCommerce, PayPal, Stripe). By using these integrations, you also agree to comply with their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party APIs or services
  • Downtime or errors from third-party platforms
  • Data handling by third-party services

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by PayTrackSync and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYTRACKSYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayTrackSync and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Any outstanding fees will become immediately due
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
